Multi purpose telescoping wheel independent telescpoing wheel arms for easy in/out of concrete pits even when filled with dairy manure. When used in a lagoon, the telescping wheel arms easily adjust to uneven bottoms and will reach depths up to 17’ and spreadds to 151” when fully extended.
